Registration Confirmations:
Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the address provided during registration. If you haven’t received yours, please reach out to us at contact@anularmeetings.com.

Cancellation Policy:
A 75% refund of the registration fee is available for cancellations made at least 60 days before the conference.
A 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 50 days before the conference.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 40 days of the conference.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying the conference secretary.

Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed exclusively via PayPal/Stripe after the conference. All associated transaction fees for cancellation refunds must be covered by the participants/applicants.

Cancellation Policy for Natural Disasters, Calamities, or Emergencies:
Anular Meetings reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice if necessary.
The conference organizers are unable to accommodate refund requests from ‘attendees’ due to canceled flights, natural disasters, emergencies, or acts of terrorism.
