Anular Meetings FAQ
Registration & Group Access
What does my registration include?
Your registration provides full access to all live sessions. It also includes entry to the virtual exhibit hall, access to networking areas, capabilities to schedule meetings with fellow attendees, and participation in real-time session text chats.
Are group packages available?
Yes. We offer tailored group packages specifically for institutions, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Why is there a fee for a virtual conference?
While we aim to keep our events as accessible as possible, registration fees directly fund the core operations of the Anular Meetings Organization.
These fees also cover essential event production costs, including dedicated staff payroll and the specialized virtual event technology required to host a smooth online experience.
How do I get my registration confirmation?
Confirmations are automatically generated and emailed to the address provided during your sign-up. If you do not receive yours shortly after completing the process, please reach out to us at contact@anularmeetings.com.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Can I use a discount code after registering?
No. Discount codes must be applied exclusively at the time of your initial purchase. We cannot authorize retrofitted refunds or price adjustments for existing registrations if a promo code is obtained after checkout.
Can I combine multiple special offers?
No. There is a strict limit of one (1) discount code per registration. Promo codes cannot be combined with other lowered rates, such as presenter discounts.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To do this, you must notify your respective conference secretary in writing before the event starts.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure and Low Attendance
Anular Meetings reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)—including but not limited to war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or public health emergencies—or if the event becomes unviable due to low registration (fewer than 25% of expected participants).
In the highly unlikely event of such a cancellation, no refunds can be issued to participants. Because Anular Meetings must secure and pay for the virtual platform, venue agreements, and administrative setup well in advance of the event, these funds are fully committed and non-recoverable to the organization. Consequently, it is structurally impossible for the organization to recover these fees or redistribute them back to attendees. We appreciate your understanding of the financial commitments required to plan an international scientific event.
